- Questions compiled on Trello. We narrowed them down. Aaron will revise them and share on Trello within one week.
- We decided not to create a chart of the current structure - don’t want to lead people in a certain direction.
- Structure
- Share info and questions ahead of time.
- Bob will write an intro & agenda
- Allow time for questions at end.
- Decided to not create an online or paper option - discussion is vital.
- Aaron and Rhonna will lead.
- Dawn will take notes at sessions.
- All of us will be at both sessions.
- Discussion of making ourselves available for individual listening sessions for those who cannot attend, or prefer smaller session.
